What is a concierge, and who should I tip at a family-oriented hotel?
A concierge is a hotel professional that can offer almost any type of assistance or suggestions while at a hotel, such as restaurant suggestions and bookings, baby sitting service suggestions, etc.
It is appropriate to tip the bellman, housekeeping and waiter/waitress. And be generous when the kids make a mess!"
