Slow season for Disneyland California or Disney World Florida is between Halloween and Thanksgiving. The ""Fast Pass"" program has been implemented to help cut down on lines during the busy times. We all hate standing in line. The Fast Pass program is where you reserve a time to come back to an attraction to ride it. This way you are not standing in the line. You can go eat, ride another ride, see a show, etc. while you wait for your turn to ride the ride."
