Things are going well with Kay and Antonio! Adrien was put into Grade 8 and is getting settled in at school. He makes friends so easily that he's hardly home as it is! Ha ha. He is thinking that school here is a picnic though. He is used to wearing a uniform and I think is a little overwhelmed at being able to wear whatever he wants to school. Kay also told me that he finds the courses fairly easy. It is just the beginning of school though. :0)
I am also helping them with their taxes and filling out the forms, etc. They are still on the hunt for jobs and a house. Other than that, not too much has happened. I know they spend a fair amount of time at the school going to assemblies and dealing with the teachers. Life is busy settling in. :0)
I am going to sign up with the Immigration Department as a volunteer host for families immigrating to the area so hopefully I can get that up and going soon. I just love doing this!
That's it for this week. :0)
