Tired yet? Don't worry – you can rest whenever you like! The Spa's facilities include a racquetball court, aerobics gym (where you can take a variety of aerobics classes), 10-person hot tub, covered pool (hosting a multitude of water sports), hiking trails, weight room and sauna.

You also can enjoy services such as massage, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures and beauty treatments. The rate for a standard room, single occupancy, is $1,025 per person, per week. If you share a room, the price drops (a quad room is only $625 per person, per week). Deluxe and penthouse rooms are also available.

Tips for Healthy Travel
  • Don't get dehydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your flight or car or train trip.
  • Get up and walk a bit in the airplane or train to stretch muscles and keep blood flowing. Drinking water will assist you in having to get up – to go to the bathroom! In the car, do neck rolls, shoulder hunches and leg and arm lifts when possible.
  • Avoid jetlag (or car- or train-lag) by arriving at your destination during the day and sleeping at night. Try to keep as regular a schedule as possible.
  • Eat healthy meals when traveling. Don't use a vacation as an excuse to constantly eat whatever you want. You can indulge every now and then, but don't go crazy – you'll regret it when you get home.
  • Exercise while on your trip nearly as much as you would at home. Use hotel exercise facilities, go for a walk or work out in your guestroom.
