If You're Ever in Park City, Utah
By Kendeyl Johansen
Park City, Utah boasts many Zagat award-winning restaurants, with white linen and breakable antique china. But what if you want to dine out with kids?
Mosey on down to the Grub Steak Restaurant located at 2200 Sidewinder Drive. Kids receive 9-item placemat menus with crayons. Consequently, parents can linger over entree selection. Savory favorites include the Baseball Cut Filet (14 ounces), King Crab Legs or adventurous Elk Sirloin.
If your kids get tired of coloring, take them to visit the 45-item fresh salad bar or to meet the six-foot wooden bear carved by a chainsaw. They'll also enjoy looking at antlers, antique skis and a wooden sleigh filled with bears that hangs from the ceiling. In the winter a roaring fire welcomes guests. The casual dress code means you won't have to force your husband out of his jeans or your son out of his Pok笯n T-shirt.
The Grub Steak offers toe tappin' live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Round up your family and enjoy a kid-friendly good time.
