newspaper. These awards have honored the Magnum XL-200 each year since its release, and there is no end in sight.

With the release of the Raptor in 1994, Cedar Point added a new twist to a "roller coaster ride." With no floor and ski-lift type seats, the entire ride on the Raptor offers twists and turns that keep you guessing which way is up. With a total of six inverted twists, complete with a 180-degree roll in both directions, you may want to make sure your shoes are strapped on nice and tight.

Wanting to build on the reputation of "thrill ride capital of the world," Cedar Point added a twist to its coaster released in 1996 the Mantis. With its twisted track that is built partially over a lagoon, passengers aboard the Mantis experience twists and turns, including four separate inverted loops, all while standing up. With your feet pressed firmly against the floor, hang on tight while the Mantis takes you for a unique, thrilling ride.

Cedar Point offers more than just roller coasters. With its kids' park, water park, Frontier Trail, Oceana complex and hundreds of concessions, Cedar Point has attractions for the whole family to enjoy.
