California Adventure Park
Kid-friendly Fun with Some Familiar Faces
By C.J. Johnson
King Triton's Carousel
A refreshing take on an old favorite. All the animals are sea creatures with fabulous colors.
Superstar Limo
A colorful drive through Hollywood streets complete with cartoons of famous celebrities. Children get to steer and see their faces on a video screen at the end of the ride.
Disney Eureka! A California Parade
Twice a day a vibrant, music-filled parade captivates visitors. Instead of Disney characters, the floats offer tribute to California and its diverse cultures. The floats are elaborate and the costumes playfully colorful. This is a parade not to be missed.
Keeping with the Disney tradition, there are countless restaurants to feed young vacationers: Mission Tortilla Factory, Burger Invasion, Corn Dog Castle and Pizza Oom Mow Mow. There are also dozens of opportunities for parents to empty their wallets at the many fabulous gift shops.
If you are heading to California and wondering how to entertain your small children, don't overlook this impressive tourist destination. All children under 3 years of age are free – and a good time is guaranteed!
