Plan to spend at least one full day by the tranquil heated pool, which nearly blends into the ocean. Enjoy the full-service attention by the wait staff – where else can you order a decadent drink while being spritzed with Evian water? After you've cooled down, heat back up again in the adjacent whirlpool.

Four Seasons is a wonderful base for families. Children are welcomed with a complimentary amenity such as a toy or coloring book, milk and cookies on the evening of arrival, child-size bathrobes, colorful alphabet bath sponges, baby and children's toiletries and an exceptional children's menu. You also can request babyproofing items; cribs and/or rollaway bed(s); strollers, high chairs, playpens, bottles and toys; and even swim diapers (required for infants in all pools).
Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary Kids For All Seasons program for kids ages 5 to 12. The supervised program creates memorable and educational experiences in a casual, fun environment. While the hub of activity is the children's center, kids quickly realize that the entire resort is their playground. Activities may include gecko hunting, canoe lessons, sand sculpting, swimming or even volcano building. And yes, true to the Volcano Goddess Pele, the volcano actually erupts.
