Experts Answer New Parents' Travel Questions
Whether you are flying, driving or hitting the high seas, if you're taking along a baby or toddler, travel takes on a whole new dimension – and that can lead to lots of questions! The iParenting experts have tackled some of these questions in hopes of making your trip go just a little more smoothly.
A window seat might give you a little more privacy, Vickers says. "If you are traveling with another adult and wish [to have] some extra privacy, have your companion read a well-placed newspaper next to you! If you can fly during non-peak hours, you might luck out and get a flight that is not as crowded, which makes flying with a small infant a lot easier – regardless of whether you are breastfeeding!"
