Boyne founder Everett Kircher's namesake restaurant is Everett's, and it's a tribute to his lifelong pursuit of an active lifestyle. The menu features several of Kircher's favorite fish and game dishes. The appetizer sampler is amazing – be sure to share!

Ericksen's fresh and hearty menu is only surpassed by its view of the mountain, where you can watch skiers zoom by as you eat! Serving Austrian and German cuisine, the restaurant gives you a feel for the Austrian ski village fare it is modeled after. Make sure to try the cheese and chocolate fondues!

Take a night out for parents at the Trophy Room. Try the light Italian dishes coupled with a hot toddy in front of a roaring fire. And don't miss the Eagle's Nest restaurant. Located atop Boyne Mountain, you can get there only by taking the chair lift. While savoring soups and sandwiches, you'll be amazed by the birds-eye view of the slopes.
