Jimmy Carter's presence is felt throughout his hometown of Plains, Ga. You can visit his family residences, his boyhood farm and even go to Sunday School at Marantha Baptist Church where he teaches every Sunday. While Ronald Reagan's birthplace in Tampico, Ill. is not open, The Ronald Reagan Library and Museum is. It is located at 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley, Calif. 805-522-8444
George Bush's Milton, Mass., home is closed to the public, but intrepid watchers can see the family compound in Kennebunkport from the road where the Texas flag usually flies.
William Jefferson Clinton's Birthplace Museum is at 415 W. Division Street, Hope, Ark. (870-777-4455). Many other Clinton tours and sites, both existing and planned for future, are available in Hope, Hot Springs and Little Rock.
George W. Bush, our current president, resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. (202-456-7041). There are many tours for the public and many holiday events including an Eastern Egg Hunt, Tree Lighting and more.
