If You're Ever In Paris, Tennessee...
By Toni Flowers
If you are ever in West Tennessee at the end of April you just have to go to the World's Biggest Fish Fry in Paris, Tenn. Since Paris is so close to Kentucky Lake, it only makes since that it would play host to this festival. The week-long celebration includes a rodeo, carnival,
arts and craft fair, and at the end of the week, the big parade. Of course, there is plenty of fried catfish, cole slaw, hushpuppies and soup beans served at the fairgrounds. It is a week filled with food, fun and, most of all, family. I can't wait to take my son to Paris for his first Fish Fry!
