Getting Away from It All in the Montana High-Country

In order to eliminate the distractions of the work-a-day world and ensure that "Rocky Mountain getaway" feel, the cabins are free of televisions or phones. Of course, the Ranch provides cell phones, fax machines and courtesy phones for those who simply can't "leave it all behind."
In addition to the private cabins, LMR offers more sociable romantic accommodations in the Ridgetop Lodge, a large log cabin perched on a ridge just above the ranch. The Ridgetop Lodge has six guest bedrooms, each featuring a unique d袯r with king bed, private bath and stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
Come Out and PlayOf course, even the most ardent honeymooners have to come out and play sooner or later – especially if they're in a place as magnificent as Big Sky. LMR makes it easy for guests to explore the great outdoors by maintaining more than 75 kilometers of groomed cross-country and skate-style skiing trails for every level of skier. They also offer Nordic ski instruction by a PSIA certified staff and a variety of rental equipment for guests of all sizes and skill levels.
More adventurous couples can explore some of the most incredible terrain in the Rocky Mountains by signing up for one of the ranch's back-country or telemark naturalist-guided ski tours. LMR also offers snow-coach tours into Yellowstone National Park for those who want to take in the area's magnificent natural beauty from inside the comfort of a warm cab.
